Sounds like a X year call option on gold to me. Why not just buy gold and manage your own risk. It's not like they're offering a coupon. Who and why would anyone opt for this scam.  
No audit yet either I see. Who believes they even have half the gold they say they do? Surely if they did, theyd gladly tell the world. This has scam all over it.
