Epoch mechanics: Are $TIME emissions fixed per user or per network action (e.g., bandwidth/minutes online)? That impacts decentralization.

Game theory angle: Early $TIME holders might get a better BLESS/$TIME rate, especially if they lock early. That adds FOMO/urgency now.
