@MIPackerfan2 People don't think in terms of total amount paid, the think in terms of monthly payment.

You're doing that right now.

So I don't care if I pay $300k or $400k or $500k if my monthly payment is $2500. So the interest rate doesn't move me up the rankings in terms of the bidding.
