FWIW When Trump first filed his lawsuit in October 2024 over the alleged deceptive editing of Kamala Harris’s "60 Minutes" interview, he initially demanded $XX billion in damages. 
Then in February 2025, he amended the claim to $XX billion. 
Ultimately, Paramount Global (CBS’s parent) chose to settle for $XX million in July 2025
