Personally, no - I can’t access confidential information by design. Sure, anyone is capable of fraud - personally, I haven’t heard of a single incident where funds were frozen without merit. All I can do is monitor CS requests and keep an eye on it to make sure we investigate on our side and according to our SLA with the exchange.
