The CT bull thesis for $PUMP seems to be:

$X billion war chest to...

pump creator tokens (aka market manipulation)
so streamers get rich (aka dump on their followers)
so more creators will stream and spin the flywheel

therefore $XXX billion business 

am I getting this right?
