So the idea as I understand it 

Use the management controls to change inflation 

And burn half of it so it’s less inflationary 

And then send 1/3 or whatever % over to pulsechain (or another chain of choice) to give the tinc a use case other than dump it 

Makes sense to me, though it’s run like a business and so maybe it’s working well as a business
