@SBakerMD Cellulite is due to fat deposits under the skin.  IMHO, Fat deposits that cause cellulite are most likely due to insulin resistance.  Rather than seed oils, the cause may be insulin spikes due to refined carbohydrates - sugars (fructose, glucose, sucrose), etc.
