There has been a "major blow to morale" for WWE employees due to an internal change within the company

A new severance policy, effective immediately, means employees will now get two weeks worth of severance pay for every year they spent with the company

With the previous policy, they received a month's worth of severance pay for every year they were with the company

This change is a "TKO policy"
