Is there any way to flag tokens that are duplicates, at the time of creation give a warning that it will be flagged, and if the creator insists to launch the token with the flag, he can, and if for some reason the token is not pvp he can appeal to get it removed before or after creation, with enough time to for the team on charge to manually review it.

You can apply the same principle to all tokens in a downvote mechanism that will trigger a review, only certain selected x manually verified/trusted accounts can downvote and send it to the review team (not auto, to avoid bot spams).
