X. SabreSat is U.S.-built and developed as part of the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Otter program.

X. Phantom is European-built (constructed in Belgium) aimed at enabling intelligence, Earth science, and communications missions with up to five years of orbital life. It's also part of the European Space Agency (ESA) Skimsat program.
