@SALivermore @mickakers There was a viable deal in place at HT. Of course Thao is awful, a fucking child, but Oakland did a ton for the A's, $1B in combined subsidy, did all the pre-work like enviro and Bay reviews. MLB decided to walk away bc they want a ca$ino for Dodgers fans, pretty simple.
