According to CIA intel sourced from a Dutch spy agency, the Russians knew the @HillaryClinton campaign had allegedly approved a plan to tie @realDonaldTrump to Russia to distract from her own email scandal. 

This “Clinton Plan Intelligence” was serious enough that John Brennan briefed President Obama, @Comey , Loretta Lynch, and others in the White House on August 3, 2016.

A CIA memo referring this intelligence for follow-up was sent to the FBI and yet?

X. Nobody working on Crossfire Hurricane remembers seeing it.
