@halaljew @aarmlovi @joeszaka Why give up all the rent stabilized units that will become unavailable with a freeze? We already have at least 50k warehouses. A freeze rapidly accelerates that pace while driving bankruptcies threatening availability of whole buildings.

And why would construction ramp up?
