In Australia, a firm now offers real estate loans backed by BTC.

– You send them BTC  
– They lend you XX% of that in fiat  
– You repay over X years  
– You get XXX% of your BTC back - no matter the price

Even if BTC drops 60%, your collateral isn't touched.  
The risk’s on the lender.

Big shift: assuming BTC won’t crash XX% like it used to every X years.

Now imagine if repayments were also in $BTC, auto-deducted monthly. A reverse DCA.

Does anything like that exist?
