@GoldForecast It kinda depends on the developer. Good ones make lot of discoveries, price moves up, and they get escape velocity from dilution by having to issue fewer. Then they make a PEA which NPV can be 10x current EV, and the multibagging can continue. Maybe buying PEA phase is sweetspot
