Honestly, I think the time from the RV to the collapse would be a time for me to relax, pray and focus because I don't think I would want to invest into anything during that timeframe unless I know for sure that I am XXX% safe from any danger.

I am tired, I just want a long break first. 

Three months is a long good vacation before jumping right back into work.

I think the after-crash investments would make a far better impact on the communities and helping people out.

All the answers will come to me when the RV happens.

Gotta be cautious and test the water first before diving into shallow water.

My gut feeling tells me this is not a good time to invest, it is a good time to prepare for the crash. 

After the crash is when we start helping the unfortunate.
