A 'merciless' fugitive caught at the Notting Hill Carnival after murdering his ex-girlfriend's father has been sentenced to a minimum of XX years in prison.

Kamar Williams, 34, stabbed Derek Thomas, 55, in Hackney, London, on XX July 2024.
