Saving a billion dollars alone doesn't fix a $XX trillion debt—it proves the blueprint works. The Rescissions Act's $1.1B NPR/PBS cut is one of hundreds of targets. DOGE has already slashed $175B by terminating contracts like the $2.9B refugee facility deal and clawing back grants. That's $XXXXX per taxpayer recovered.

Scale that across every agency: HHS wasted $1.7T in 2024, Treasury bled $1.3T. If we replicate DOGE's model government-wide—axing bloated contracts, canceling grants, and selling unused assets—we'd save trillions.

Without this surgical approach, the $4T in new debt becomes inevitable. Real debt reduction demands systematic waste excision, not symbolic cuts.
