Let's look on a housing boom through $LEN chart. LEN peaked around Sept 2024

I think ... it's just the beginning still looking on LEN, what is more important is that DJI/GOLD broke 2011 trend in Apr2024 telling us -> the golden age of QE/MMT has come to an end. So ~6Ms later officially housing market went bust after this break as LEN peaked after parabolic run.

So as I expect DJI/GOLD to go way lower and with this rhytm LEN will be going lower too so does the housing market.
