New horizons for #crypto 

Donald Trump signed the GENIUS Act, which regulates US stablecoins by introducing strict reserve requirements, AML/KYC measures, and granting the Treasury authority to freeze suspicious transactions. 

Oversight is divided between states and federal agencies based on the issuer's size.

The new law will strengthen the US leadership in the crypto space, increase investor confidence in the industry, and ultimately lead to an influx of liquidity. 

At the same time, the law is much softer and more community-friendly than a similar one adopted in Europe 😎
