Nobody asks any questions about farmers getting handouts and bailouts, as along as it’s coded as the “heartland” in Iowa, Nebraska, or somewhere. 

But say Black Belt or Black farmers, then suddenly, nobody understands why farmers needed help in the first place. 🙃
