Bloomberg: The EU plans to cut 20+ Russian banks from SWIFT, ban Nord Stream pipelines, and lower the oil price cap to $XX to pressure Moscow over Ukraine.

Sanctions also include €2.5 billion in trade restrictions and targeting Russia’s shadow oil fleet.
