I want to give you another perspective. Marriage is the best choice I’ve ever made. WHO you marry is what matters. My wife has: • Loved me when I had nothing • Believed in me when others didn’t • Gave me X amazing children • Shared every moment that matters with me • Inspired me to be my best • Inspired some of my best ideas • Encouraged me when I needed it (not sometimes but every time) • Given me the best conversations • Given me every ounce of her energy • Given me many of my favorite songs (she makes beautiful music) • Done thoughtful little things for XXXX years that always make my day • Inspired me to a closer relationship with God • Pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best ways • Warned me off people who had bad intentions (she’s an expert judge of character) • Made me laugh a billion times • Made me so many delicious meals I can’t count • Taken care of me when I was sick • Mother’d our children into incredible people And I could go on for hours with bullet points. The list is long and her list about me would be similarly long. My point? Nothing compares to sharing your life and building a life with the person you love. Horror stories usually come from men and women picking the wrong person for the wrong reasons. I have the success where I could go have a new woman whenever I want and my wife is so incredible that she could do the same but we choose each other and that means more than any fleeting feeling you might catch through one night stands and escapism fueled by hedonistic desires. By the way… You might catch more than a fleeting feeling by sleeping around! The path being sold where you have endless baby momma’s and worship at the alter of hedonism is one that leaves you without real, deep connection. Ultimately it makes you a ghost chasing feelings. I have everything a man could ever want and it’s because of God’s blessings and choosing to marry my wife. It’s the smartest thing I’ve ever done. I hope young men read this and focus more on choosing the right woman than chasing feelings that will leave them empty. Success isn’t a Rolex or a Lamborghini. It’s a life built with the one you love. It’s a home for your kids. It’s adventures with them. It’s knowing that your wife could take half in a divorce but would never leave because of the love you share. It’s leading your family. It’s a strong relationship with God. It’s doing so well you can help others. It’s knowledge and the freedom to tell the truth. Build a life with the right one. You only get one shot at life. Share it with someone you love. I’m blessed to have done that for almost XX yrs now. I hope you all have the same blessing. XXXXXXX engagements [Post Link](https://x.com/robbystarbuck/status/1946301653260673279)

Marriage is the best choice I’ve ever made. WHO you marry is what matters. My wife has:
• Loved me when I had nothing
• Believed in me when others didn’t
• Gave me X amazing children
• Shared every moment that matters with me
• Inspired me to be my best
• Inspired some of my best ideas
• Encouraged me when I needed it (not sometimes but every time)
• Given me the best conversations
• Given me every ounce of her energy
• Given me many of my favorite songs (she makes beautiful music)
• Done thoughtful little things for XXXX years that always make my day
• Inspired me to a closer relationship with God
• Pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best ways
• Warned me off people who had bad intentions (she’s an expert judge of character)
• Made me laugh a billion times
• Made me so many delicious meals I can’t count
• Taken care of me when I was sick
• Mother’d our children into incredible people
And I could go on for hours with bullet points. The list is long and her list about me would be similarly long. My point?
