A giant Chinese drink company rolled up to a sleepy New Hampshire town and dropped $67M on an abandoned factory, which is 4X what it’s worth!

Now the company wants to tap into the town’s drinking water to make their products.

Oh, and it happens to sit super close to the airport, defense contractors, and the FAA control center. 

Another Chinese buyer scooped up a nearby college campus for DOUBLE its value a few years ago. 

Still abandoned.

A woman who escaped China says this is all part of a "soft power invasion.”

Influence without bombs, just land, water, and TikTok.
