@balorney @ElectileDysfx @nypost Facts are not feelings. De Blasio’s freezes drove much of the insolvency we see today, driving the warehousing of 50k+ units & the insolvency of 200k units. That number is likely to increase to at least 500k with a X year freeze.

Not sustainable.
