Supreme Leader Jolani is calling back his Tribal Forces from Suweida and announces that a specialised military force will be send into the region to restore order. 

If the Tribal Forces will now retreat, then that means that Jolani and the Syrian Government had full control over them the whole time and indirectly ordered and coordinated the massacres against the Druze 

If the tribal forces do not withdraw, then Jolani has lost control over Syria. Unknown repercussions. 
From this point on, everything would be possible.
