The Clarity Act distinguishes between mature and not mature chains. Based on AI analysis, only X are sufficiently decentralized (Likely Mature) under the U.S. standards, BTC, ETH, and #Cardano $ADA.

They'd be commodities under CFTC. The others would be securities under the SEC.
