If Congress had wanted to honor Donald Trump, they wouldn't have called it the GENIUS Act. There's no evidence that Trump is a genius. No record of his taking an IQ test or SAT test. Trump,  79, is in an age group where the mean WAIS-IV IQ before age norming is XX. "Genius" IQ is generally considered a score of XXX or better.
