@KyleClark Unfortunately MAGA is for the jobs they say they need. Core Civic also runs the Bent County Corrections Facility in Las Animas- they can't keep Corrections Officers employed at $22/hr there.
People don't want those jobs bc they are degrading. 
MAGA won't work there-just complain
