We’ve expanded the dev team with one full-time full-stack engineer and two senior part-timers (smart contracts and front-end). We’re also in advanced talks with a bank quant to help take the Confluence Engine from proof of concept to a production-grade capital management system. Internally, we’ve upgraded our entire Next.js stack to the latest version. We also just shipped a new peg monitoring bot, built in-house. It tracks liquidity conditions across DEXs and emits alerts when thUSD deviates from $X. Most DeFi teams outsource this to services like Hypernative and end up paying $10K per month. Ours is integrated, cost-efficient, and designed specifically for our architecture. All of this builds on what we shipped during the MVP phase: a full alpha version of the app, deployed LayerZero OFT contracts, live testing on Sepolia, early Uniswap and Curve pools, a liquidity update bot, and a full smart contract audit. That was built with a lean core team. Now we’re scaling up. Vault contract audits are underway. Regulatory alignment is progressing. A new design team is working on the next version of the dApp and landing page. We’re also building more Discord bots, prepping @Dune and @DefiLlama integrations, and laying the groundwork for upcoming vault strategies.
