We don't have much info on what $SORA owns yet and what stake you would get in each entity if you'd buy the shares now. So I wouldn't do anything there until there is more clarity first.

With on the one hand you are paying ~2000btc for 29btc on the balance sheet, so there is a lot of embedded premium. But if they get it right and we see the flywheel kick in like they've done in other markets, the opportunity in China is arguable larger than the EU & Japan.

Also, from what I'm seeing, Moon Inc. is starting to look more and more like Sora anyway, if they will be joining consortiums buying stakes in other Asian markets like Indonesia, Malaysia, S Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, (maybe Taiwan?). So you get those stakes plus full exposure to HK/China.

Now they need to move fast. And I suspect we get a plan + more commmunication leading up to the BTC Asia conference in HK which they are co-hosting late August.
