$100M PIPE Finalized: MEI Pharma Launches Litecoin-Focused Treasury Strategy

MEI Pharma (Nasdaq: MEIP) has completed a $XXX million private investment in public equity (PIPE), allocating XXX% of net proceeds to establish a Litecoin  ( $LTC )-centric corporate treasury strategy—becoming the first publicly traded company on a national exchange to hold LTC. Litecoin creator @SatoshiLite will join the Board of Directors, and @GSR_io will serve as the company’s asset management advisor. The round was led by Charlie Lee and GSR, with participation from the Litecoin Foundation, ParaFi, CoinFund, and other prominent crypto firms.

This move marks the first time LTC will serve as a treasury reserve asset for a publicly listed corporation.
