The Obama regime manipulated and politicized intelligence to push the narrative that Russia sought to sway the 2016 presidential election, despite contrary assessments from the intelligence community. 

DNI Tulsi Gabbard declassified documents showing "overwhelming evidence" that, after Donald Trump's 2016 victory over Hillary Clinton, President Obama and his national security team set the stage for the prolonged Trump-Russia collusion investigation. 

The documents indicate that, in the months before the November 2016 election, the intelligence community consistently determined that Russia was "probably not trying" to influence the election through cyber means.
