SPIKED - KEY DOCUMENT

Whistleblower is SPIKED after calling out Intelligence Community leadership for creating a new assessment about Russian election interference in December 2016 that was “contradicted” by multiple, existing reports.

Fast forward three years.

September 2019 Whistleblower was “shocked” the Steele Dossier was part of the January 2019 intelligence report because it was seen as “untrustworthy.”

CONTEXT:  Late 2016 is a critical period for the FBI under @Comey who used the Steele Dossier to justify the FISA surveillance warrants for Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

It would have gutted the 2016 FBI investigation if the intelligence community had reported, at that time, there was no evidence that Russian interference changed the outcome.
