Been reading about tokenized real estate lately.

Most platforms focus on putting assets on-chain, but skip the legal stuff, which is actually the hardest part.

You can’t really treat a building like a meme coin without solid legal backing.

@Novastro_xyz caught my eye because they use proper legal structures (like SPVs) and mirror them on-chain with something called Digital Twin Containers.

It keeps the legal rights in place, works across chains, and seems built with compliance in mind from the start.

Felt like a smarter way to handle real-world assets.
