To anyone wondering why $HYPE is going down; HYPE doesn’t meet the decentralization standards of the Clarity Act .  They likely got a wells notice (sec enforcement coming).  Brian, Vlad, and CZ don’t take kindly to perps that don’t play by the same rules.
