Talen's $3.5B acquisition at 6.7x EV/EBITDA looks smart given the sector trades at 10-12x. The XX MonkScore reflects strong value metrics and exceptional XXXXX% buyback yield.

However, -XXX% operating income growth remains concerning despite the data center pivot. I'd buy on this dip but watch debt coverage closely.
