Today, $CVX deal to buy $HES was approved, and is now a XXXX% owner in Hess’s publicly traded midstream vehicle, $HESM. $CVX immediately announced a shakeup to the board and executive suite. John Hess, chairman and CEO, is out along with other legacy Hess board members.
