Invesco (NYSE: $IVZ) stock jumped XX% in Friday midday trading after the investment firm filed a proxy statement seeking to convert its QQQ Trust Series X (NASDAQ: $QQQ) to an open-end fund from a unit investment trust. 
QQQ will continue to be an ETF and the change "will be seamless (and tax-free)" for QQQ shareholders, the firm said. "There will be one significant change, though, upon completion of this effort - QQQ’s expense ratio will decrease" to XXXX% per year from XXXX% per year, Invesco (NYSE:IVZ) said in a letter to QQQ holders. #crestrockadvisors #MarketUpdate #Analytics #ETFs
