🔸Every crew member will have their one backstory that's based on where they were born within the Galia Expanse lore, events, planets, political groups, where & who they trained under...
🔸Rarity is tied to the aptitudes
🔸The level rarity of a crew member applies to how well they will perform their assigned roles
🔸Crew members have unique personalities and traits based off the Ocean methodology (timeline unknown).
🔸Personalities will impact future game mechanics and are categorized into X major traits of the human condition:
🔹Openness to experience 🔹Conscientiousness
🔹Extraversion 🔹Agreeableness
🔹Neuroticism
🔸Getting the correct crew, with every different species, with traits and personalities that work well with one another could give ships additional buffs
🔸7 aptitudes (crew inclinations) apply to XX different roles
🔸Different buffs for different roles based on crew members aptitude (flight aptitude = buff for flight roles)
🔸Major & minor aptitudes are linked with crew member rarity and quality
🔸Aptitudes will significantly improve how the crew member will perform and how fast they improve in the areas where they have an aptitude in game
