New Orleans Real Estate Crisis 

"One third of all the apartments in New Orleans East are currently up for sale"

"Four large apartment complexes that together make up more than one-third of all the multifamily units in New Orleans East are up for sale, after their New Jersey owner filed for bankruptcy court protection earlier this year.

CBRM Realty bought the apartments in 2017 for an undisclosed price. 

The firm, which filed for Chapter XX bankruptcy in March, is being forced to sell the properties, along with dozens of others around the country, to settle its debts, court records show...."
