Finallyyyyy touched down on the @citrea_xyz Testnet today.

⚠️ Important: You’ll need an invite code to access the testnet dashboard.

And I’ve got X extra codes left so if you need one, drop a message in the CS.

Aiit. Let's go.

So the first thing I did was to claim my Virtual Cash Faucet using this link (Remove bracket):

All you gotta do is:

✓ Link your Discord or X account
✓ Connect your wallet
✓ Then request your faucet funds

Next stop was the actual testnet page to try out some ₿apps.

Here is what is currently live:

✓ Crest.
✓ Nectar.
✓ Satsuma.
✓ Garden.

Citrea already teased that more ₿apps are on the way...

But for now, these four will keep you busy.

I started interacting first with Crest.

All you gotta do is;

X. Create a new Crest account (just connect your wallet)

X. Use your virtual cash to buy some cBTC

X. Then convert that cBTC back into virtual cash

Easy peasy.

Lastly, in case you don't know YET...

Citrea is the first ZK rollup bringing Bitcoin to Ethereum-style applications.
