Not very familiar with Ampleforth, but Liquity, specifically Liquity V1, is a good comparison.

The great thing about Obymare is that there is no issuer, so the solvency of the minting frontend is of no concern to the users.

We are simply bringing the Cardano on-chain code (which we have already open-sourced) into a usable form on our frontend.
