It's obviously better. Indians have the world's largest liberal democracy and their country is an underdeveloped shithole with feudal castes.

China destroyed the aristocratic landlord class, backwards culture and is now a modernizing power that's achieving developed country status without colonialism and genocide like the US and Western Europe.
