Hiking poles, traded off knee, ankle & hip pain, for hand pain, elbow pain & shoulder pain, but it spreads out the load to a full body workout, sorta like Elliptical, it remind of us of using an Elliptical to work out, or cross country skiing, I am letting the pain soak in :)
