If you have active high leverage long positions and they are in big profit you have two opportunities:

Either take the profit while the market is still green. Try to close at the local top and wait for a correction to get back in.
Or work with trailing stops to secure the profit. Once the price moves higher you move your stops higher as well

Another strategy is to hold onto your positions. If you think the bull market has just started and prices will move much higher you can use the high profit as a buffer to not get liquidated during a market correction. So you can hold through the correction into the next legs up

If I can't decide I usually close half to secure the profit and let the other half run
