RIPPLE THEMSELVES literally describe their own stablecoin, RSLUD, as "PURPOSE-BUILT FOR CROSS-BORDER PAYMENTS."

Why would they need to "purpose-build" a new token, RLUSD, for "cross-border payments" if XRP was already succeeding at cross-border payments?
