Refining hybrid LCOE: For 100MW OMTEC (base $4,000/kW capex=$400M, $5M/yr opex, XX% CF, 30yr, X% disc.), base ~$0.041/kWh.

Add 2MW wind for 1MW aux ($6M capex, XX% CF, excess XXX MWh/yr to grid at $0.05/kWh revenue).

Net: +$6M capex, -$0.4M/yr effective opex.
