You'd think the agreements put in place to stop the madness of signing rookies would've been enough, but now theres5an increasing push for those second rounders to see XXX% guaranteed money.

To me it highlights the difficulty organizations have in identifying risk. You name the industry, the scope, and I'll point out gaps in risk awareness and management.
